In a food processor, blend up graham crackers until it resembles sand. Mix with 1/2 cup of melted butter.
Press crumbs into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips & coconut oil in 30 second increments in the microwave. Stirring after 30 seconds. Repeat until melted
Add peanut butter to another bowl and microwave until pourable.
Once crust is done baking let it cool about 20 minutes.
Pour on a layer of peanut butter and spread evenly. Let sit about 5 minutes.
Top with chocolate mixture and twirl with a toothpick.
Freeze and cut into bars! Keep in the freezer for a quick sweet snack.
