Start by turning IP on high and browning sausage in a little oil.
Add in garlic and onion and seasonings and cook for a few minutes.
Pour in fire roasted tomatoes, chicken broth and water. Add in pasta
Close lid and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes! (about 20 total)
Remove lid and add in arugula, a few dollops of pesto and parmesan cheese!
Ladle into bowls and garnish with extra cheese, pesto and a little parsley!
