Beef Sliders with Tangy Burger Sauce
I know I know, another burger recipe but technically these are sliders so it’s ok! 🙂 We all know I love a good burger and I really never make them at home often, but when I do I do it right!! These babies are so incredibly easy to whip up, perfect for a crowd and technically one pot! Oh and you can’t forget the burger sauce. Truly delicious, trust me!!
Now here’s the deal! When were making an indoor burger, which in my opinion a flat top burger is the WAY TO GO, you have to use a cast iron skillet! This leads to the crispiest crust and juicy center. You must get the pan nice and hot and you have to let them sit without touching them so they can get a beautiful crust!!! Turn them once, add cheese and cook until medium! PS, you can also do this same technique with turkey burgers!
Now for the sauce. I mean just look at it draping over the super toasted bun, yes please!! Its so incredibly easy to throw together and basically just a kitchen sink sauce. Literally just throw everything in a bowl and taste it! Don’t overthink it! Its a mixture of mayo, ketchup, mustard, dash of worcestershire sauce, sweet relish (KEY), salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder! Throw whatever else you want in there, but y,all its good!!
Ok, ignore the hand and look at that! SO incredibly easy, quick and absolutely delicious! Make this anytime you need a deliciously fast meal and definitely try the sauce! Let me know in the comments what you think!
Also, if you do NOT have a cast iron skillet it is absolutely a must in the kitchen! Such a great pan that lasts for years and makes steaks, burgers and anything seared just so much better! Ill link one here for you!
