Strawberry Basil Margarita
OK OK, one more margarita!!!! Because, right about now, I really wish I was on an island somewhere soaking up the sun with a marg in my hand! This one was definitely one of my favs! When you want something a bit on the sweeter side give this one a try!!
Ingredients
- 3-4 strawberries
- 4 leaves of basil
- 1.5 oz tequila
- .5 oz triple sec
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1.5-2 oz lemon juice
Directions
- Start by muddling strawberries and basil in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add in tequila, triple sec, simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir or shake.
- Strain over ice and enjoy!!
