the perfect deviled eggs

As we all know, I am not a fan of eggs, like AT ALL! However, these deviled eggs are literally so delicious even I will eat them! I bet I could get Guy Fieri to try them too 🙂 They are very simple but the garnish is what makes them!! Sweet, crunchy, herb-y & tangy! I guarantee you will have people fighting over these at you Easter table!!
Also, if you have an Instant Pot you must try this trick!! 1 cup water, add in rack, add in eggs, cook high pressure for 5 minutes, natural release for 5 minutes, ice bath for 5 minutes! PERFECT BOILED EGG! thanks to you guys!

Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs, cut in half & yolk removed from white
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup parsley
- candied pecans, for garnish
- dill, for garnish
- pickled onion, for garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth! Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly
- Fill all egg whites with a heaping tbsp of filling
- Garnish each egg with 1 pecan, 1 slice of pickled onion & 1 sprig of thyme
For the pickled onion
- thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredient together and let sit for at least 20 minutes up to 2 days!
Makes 12 eggs!
