Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie

Pecan Pie is my absolute favorite during the holidays and this one is just that much more tasty!! Add chocolate and bourbon to anything and its gotta be good!!! This takes no effort to put together! I am not a baker by any means and it was so simple!!! You have to make this for your Thanksgiving feast!! It is mouth watering!!

– 9″ Pie Shell
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup dark brown sugar
– 1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup
– 2 tbsp melted butter
– 4 oz chocolate chips
– 1/4 cup Jack Daniels
– 2 cups pecans

1. Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in corn syrup and butter.
2. Fold in chips, whiskey and pecans.
3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 for 1 hour.

The center will still jiggle when you remove it, and pie will rise quite a bit while cooking!
