Y’all, I have never made these before and I was missing out! These are so yummy, easy and totally crave worthy! Three ingredients (plus spices) and you can get dinner on the table in less than 20 minutes!! You have got to try these! Don’t forget to check out the brown gravy recipe (here). You MUST make these two together!!

Ingredients
– 4 thin cut bone-in pork chops
– 1/2 cup flour
– 2-3 tbsp canola oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 2 dashes cayenne
– a big pinch of salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions
1. In a shallow dish mix together flour and spices. Lightly coat each pork chop in the flour mixture and set aside.
2. In a large saute pan, heat 2-3 tbsp of canola oil to med-high heat. Once oil is rippling place 2 pork chops in at a time and cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the pork chops. Remove from oil and set on a cookie sheet lined with a cooling rack. Place in a warm oven while cooking gravy! Recipe here!
