You MUST make these two together!!
Ingredients
– 4 thin cut bone-in pork chops
– 1/2 cup flour
– 2-3 tbsp canola oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– 2 dashes cayenne
– a big pinch of salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
1. In a shallow dish mix together flour and spices. Lightly coat each pork chop in the flour mixture and set aside.
2. In a large saute pan, heat 2-3 tbsp of canola oil to med-high heat. Once oil is rippling place 2 pork chops in at a time and cook on each side for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the pork chops. Remove from oil and set on a cookie sheet lined with a cooling rack. Place in a warm oven while cooking gravy! Recipe here!
