Simple and Crunchy Slaw

I only like slaw in certain situations, and I believe a BBQ & tacos are definitely one of those situations! The best thing about slaw is that you can make it a day or two in advance and it just gets better with time! When the flavors have time to develop it is so so yummy! One key is to NOT overdress it! Add in a little bit of sweet, tangy, salty, tart and its perfect!! Pulled pork recipe here! Here is what I did!

– 1 bag of coleslaw mix
– 2 tbsp sour cream
– 2 tbsp plain yogurt
– a splash of apple cider vinegar
– juice of 1/2 a lime
– pinch of sugar
– salt and pepper
– garnish with cilantro

1. Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. TASTE and make sure not to add too much liquid. It will get wetter while it sits!!
