– 2 ripe avocados
– 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes or 1 chopped jalapeño
– juice of 1/2 lime
– 2 tbsp cilantro
– salt and pepper
– Pit and mash avocado, add in onion, grate in garlic, chop and add in cilantro, and season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Squeeze some lime at the end and you’re done!
I put this on everything! My tostadas, enchiladas, sandwiches, toast, you name it!
